This thriller is the latest in the Blue Justice Series and it started off with a bang and did not disappoint throughout! I immediately fell in love with the main characters and their relationship.

Book Summary:
FBI Special Agent Lincoln St. John is living his own personal nightmare. When the woman he loves, Allison Radcliffe, is killed, he devotes himself to tracking down the killers and making them pay for their crimes. He expected it to be a challenge. What he never expected was to find Allison very much alive shortly after her "murder."
As his anger and hurt mix with relief, Linc isn't sure how he's supposed to feel. One thing he does know for sure: he and Allison will have to work together to stop a killer before she dies a second time--this time for good.

I think what got me first interested in the book were the main characters' names: Allie and Linc. I absolutely love Ms. Eason's creativity with Linc's name and I've always loved the name Allie. Their personalities also drew me in, with Linc's fierce and protective personality as well as Allie's soft but impulsive disposition.

Eason's writing style isn't smooth like most authors' styles I've read. It isn't choppy either. It's a perfect balance of speedy and high-paced when the plot requires, but slow and almost lyrical when a touching moment or whatever occurs. Personally, I really loved that and found it to suit really well in this particular book! She also has a unique touch in her books where I can never guess where the plot is going to go, and that proved to be true in Vow of Justice too. The plot was very well developed and progressed in the right way. I did end up guessing who the villain was though.

Although I normally adore Lynette Eason's books, I definitely wasn't expecting Vow of Justice to draw me in the way it did! Very hard to put down and definitely a must-read. Eason's best one yet, in my opinion!
