Today is Library Shelfie Day

Founded by the New York Public Library, Library Shelfie Day is a chance for bookworms everywhere to share their love of reading with others. Simply snap a photo of a shelf of some of your personal library of books and post it online with the hashtag, #LibraryShelfieDay.

We thought it would be neat to share several of these great "shelfies" in one place so we put out the word and several of you submitted your shelfie. Check out these awesome photos below. Click the images to enlarge.

Angie from Virginia

Angie was able to fit a nice large selection in her shot!

Heidi from Michigan

Those Lamplighter Publishing volumes look so sharp!

Roy from Arizona

Roy went the techie route and shared his Audible shelf!

Sarah Grace from Michigan

Nice combo of indie fantasy and the Mitford classics.

Hannah from Arkansas

Hannah sent in three awesome photos. That sitting room looks like the bookworm's dream!

Nicole, Bookworm Banquet co-host from Arizona

Looks like a very curated selection there, Nicole! :)

JD, Bookworm Banquet co-host from Arizona

And lastly, my messy overflowing shelves. Quite a diverse mix.

Thanks to everyone who participated!
